ZION’S LEADERSHIP STRUCTURE
Zion’s leadership is modeled after the biblical framework set forth in 1, 2 Timothy, Titus, and Ephesians. Zach and Laura function as the founding pastors and senior leaders of Zion Church. They are joined by an amazing team of individuals who serve as trustees, secretaries, elders and deacons. This team believes in and identifies with Ephesians 4 in that each individual represents a gifting of apostle, prophet, evangelist, pastor or teacher; and that some function in more than one gifting. It is the goal of Zion’s leadership to make executive and spiritually authoritative decisions through fasting, prayer and accountability, that reveal the Father’s vision and heart for Zion church and its role in Boise and across the earth.

Zach and Laura are the founding pastors of Zion Church. They exercise oversight, servanthood, biblical teaching, vision and apostolic leadership on behalf of King Jesus in order to equip and encourage the most amazing group of saints on the planet.

The building in which we worship and steward on behalf of the King, is tended to with excellence by these two humble individuals. Paul and Noreen serve selflessly with joy.

Media Overseers
These two bring vibrant excitement to Zion. With professional and anointed excellence, Jarrod and Sarah minister to the Lord by stewarding Zion’s live services, online media and social presence. They are both gifted and love Jesus with all of their resources and desire to see media arts bring glory to the King.
LILLY RODRIGUEZ
Elder/Senior Overseer | Pastoral Council
Lilly’s a pastor of joy. Wherever she goes she releases heaven’s love and it’s contagious. She serves as overseer of intercession, flagging worship, altar ministry, 50 and older fellowship, and assists with pastoral counseling.
BOB AND MARY RUPERT
Deacons/Senior Overseers and Pastoral Council
Bob and Mary have been faithful to Christ in Zion since the beginning. They are trusted leaders who love the Lord and who care about the wellbeing of the flock entrusted to our care. Mary helps oversee women’s ministry, prophetic and worship ministry, intercession and children’s ministry. Bob is a relational encourager who seeks to build connection with other men in the congregation. Both of them carry a humble and meek posture of servanthood before the King.
